Q) What type of payments do Gemworld accept?
A) We welcome VISA, Master card, Direct Deposit, and cheque payments.
Q) How long will my order take to be delivered?
A) Depending on your location and stock availability, delivery for most items may be anything from next day to 10 working days for other locations using Australia Post. With larger items that require road transport and rail allow between 7 and 21 days.
Q) Do you freight overseas?
A) Yes, we can ship items overseas (e.g. The Pacific, England, Canada, Europe & America) and do so regularly. We do not, however, process international orders on this website. However, you can email us the product that you are interested in and we will advise you of the shipping costs. Generally we use Australia Post for small parcels and DHL for larger orders. All international packages have are sent using tracking numbers.
Q) An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
A) Check all bags thoroughly. Match packing list with equipment wherever possible. If you still feel something is missing, please email us at sales@gemworld.com.au and we will be happy to help you. Please notify us within 24 hours of signed receipt.

A) Gemworld is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Gemworld.com.au uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Gemworld.com.au only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store permanent cookies on your computer.
