Gemworld is committed to satisfying our customers. Gemworld guarantees that every item you purchase from us is free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you receive an item that does not meet your requirements or specifications, simply return the unused or defective item within 7 days for exchange, credit or refund – your choice.
Before returning any purchase, please call 07 3865 4404 or email email@example.com to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Email is the preferred way to contact us. Please quote your order number and include a full description of the problem (with photos if applicable). Do not attempt any repairs or post/freight your defective product without contacting us first. Items returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. No refunds will be made if Gemworld or the manufacturer determines the product has been misused.
When returning, enclose a copy of your order and include a brief description of the problem and your contact information (name, address, phone numbers, and email address) inside the package. In most cases, customer is responsible for cost of return – depending on circumstances, postage cost may be refunded after assessment of the issue. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Send the product to Gemworld, 1908 Sandgate Rd, Virginia QLD 4014. We suggest using either registered post or courier as we cannot act on the warranty claim if the parcel is lost in transit.
All warranties are considered null and void should there be evidence of equipment misuse.
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the components warranted.
This warranty supersedes all other warranty so given by any persons stated or implied. We do not authorize any person or company to make, change or imply our conditions of warranty described herein, nor do we accept any liability for such statements made or implied.
Prices quoted are FOB Brisbane, as nominated on the price list. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Gemworld is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit, or for delays in shipment once it has left our warehouse. Freight insurance is available on request.
